These terms cover this website only. The agreement to use the Cluboration platform is a separate contract made with each club.
Using this site
You are welcome to read it, link to it and quote it. Do not attempt to disrupt it, submit the form automatically, or use it to send anything unlawful or abusive.
What is on it
We describe what the product does today, and label anything not yet built as coming. Even so, the site is a description rather than a promise: nothing here forms part of a contract, and capabilities can change. What we agree with your club in writing is what binds us.
Screens and examples shown here use invented clubs and initials. They are illustrations, not real people, real scores or real customers.
Links out
We link to venue booking platforms, to DUPR and to demo clubs of our own. We are not responsible for anything on a site we do not run.
Our material
The words, design and code of this site belong to us. The Cluboration name and mark are ours. Other names mentioned belong to whoever owns them.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from relying on it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of British Columbia, Canada, and its courts have jurisdiction.
