Privacy notice

This notice covers cluboration.io, the marketing site you are reading. The Cluboration platform that clubs and their members sign in to is a separate service on its own domains, and each club is the controller of its own members’ data.

What this site collects

Only what you type into the demo form: your name, email address, club name, where you play, roughly how many members you have, optionally how you run nights now, and anything you add in the free-text box.

The form also carries two anti-spam fields — an unused decoy input and the time the page loaded. Neither identifies you, and neither is stored after the message is sent.

What it does not collect

  • No analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising tags.
  • No cookies are set by this site. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
  • No account, no password, and no payment details.

Why, and on what basis

To reply to you about a demo. That is our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you chose to send. We do not add you to a mailing list, and there is no marketing sequence.

Who processes it

  • Vercel hosts the site and runs the form endpoint. Their servers log standard request data, including IP addresses, for security and operations.
  • Resend delivers the form as an email to us.
  • Our own email provider then holds that message in the hello@cluboration.io inbox.

These providers operate in the United States and the European Union. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else.

How long it is kept

Demo enquiries stay in our inbox while we are in conversation, and are deleted within two years of the last exchange. Ask sooner and we will delete it sooner.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Emailhello@cluboration.io and we will act on it. If you are in the UK or the EU and you are not satisfied with how we have handled a request, you can complain to your national data protection authority.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
