How it works

From the leaderboardto the honours board.

01 · The line

Draw the line

A rule on the leaderboard under the top 8, 16 or 32 — everyone can see who’s in.

  • You choose where it falls
  • Shown on the club’s leaderboard
  • Ties at the line are all in
The leaderboard line: a rule drawn under the top 8, who are invited to the final

02 · Invite

Add the top of the table

One click adds the top 8, 16 or 32 of the current leaderboard to the final. Tick “Invitation only” and nobody else can sign up.

  • Registered on the final in one go
  • Add a sub by name if someone can’t make it
  • Then pick the format
Who is here: eight players ticked, a box to add a member or a guest by name, and 'add the top 8 of the current leaderboard'

03 · Play it

Any format you like

Singles, a scramble, or pools then a bracket with a third-place game — the same tools as any other night.

  • Round robin or playoff bracket
  • Courtside scores, live standings
  • Places straight from the result
The schedule settings: round robin or playoff bracket, games each, courts and pools, and 'Nobody plays three matches in a row'

04 · Honours

Winners on the honours board

Who won what, and when — newest first, grouped by year, with a line for the score.

  • Monthly, annual or club titles
  • Doubles titles carry both names
  • Closing a season freezes its standings
An honours-board entry: September 2026 champions, a doubles pair, and 'Won the top-8 final 11-7 in the decider'

On the club’s site

An honours boardnobody can rewrite.

Every title won at the club, newest first. When a season closes its standings are frozen: a score correction next March cannot change who won.
