The site, the nights and the season, in one place. Free runs a weekly night for as long as you like. The paid plans add the season and raise the monthly limits, and on Pro and above the site is on your own domain. Canadian dollars, tax on top, no per-member charge.

What it is replacing: a games app for the nights, a website builder for the site, a membership tool for the dues, and a spreadsheet somebody keeps for free. Priced separately, the first three alone run well past the top of this table.

Questions we get
- What does it cost?
- Free is $0. Starter is $69 a month or $699 a year. Pro is $129 a month or $1,299 a year. Club is $249 a month or $2,499 a year. Enterprise is arranged with you — ask us. Canadian dollars, tax on top.
- Is there a contract?
- No. Pay monthly and cancel whenever you like, or pay for the year and save 15%. Card or e-transfer.
- Is there a trial?
- Yes: 14 days of Pro, started by you from your own dashboard when you want it — the day you start a season, say — with no card. When it ends you are back on Free with nothing lost. The trial does not include a custom domain; that comes when you pay for Pro.
- Whose domain is it?
- Yours. You own the registration and the DNS, and you can point it somewhere else the day you want to.
- Can we get our data out?
- Yes. Members, events and results export as CSV, and match results are already in a DUPR-format file.
- Do you take a cut of anything?
- No. Your court fees go through your venue’s platform and we never see them, and dues collected by e-transfer are between your members and you.
- What counts as an active member?
- Someone on your member list who is not marked inactive. People who have moved on cost nothing, and nobody who already exists is ever locked out; a cap only applies to the next new person.
- How does the limit on the match schedule generator work?
- Each event the generator deals counts once against the month, however many times you redo it. Past the limit an event still runs — sign-ups, the door, scores entered by hand — it just is not dealt for you.
