How it works

From the posterto a full night.

01 · Publish

Put the night up

Date, venue, format, cost and capacity, and the event page reads like a poster.

  • Filters the club chooses: socials, rated nights, clinics
  • Unlisted events for a private night
  • A printable QR poster with the code, title, time and venue
An event's details in the organiser's view: title, photo, summary, start and end, venue, capacity and waitlist

02 · Register

Members sign up in two taps

Sign-in is an email code or Google. A walk-in scans the poster at the door, signs up, and lands straight back on Register.

  • Who’s playing and spots left, on the page
  • One account per person, one record
  • Every upcoming night on the club’s events page

03 · Full

Full? The waitlist takes over

Set a capacity and the waitlist does the rest: when a spot opens, the next person moves up by themselves.

  • A “full” switch for when the venue fills first
  • Who said they paid, and mark paid
  • Spots left shown on every card

04 · Venue

When the venue takes the money

Link to CourtReserve, Playbypoint or whatever your venue runs. Members book and pay there first, then register here, so the roster and the venue’s list agree.

  • Your own button label, like “Book on Playbypoint”
  • The fee shown on the event, collected the way you do now
  • We never see a court fee

On their phones

The event pagereads like a poster.

Date, venue, format, cost, who’s playing, spots left and the waitlist — all before the night. A booking button when the venue takes the money.

Small thingsthat save the night.

  • Tags and filters

Whatever the club calls its nights — socials, rated, clinics — each one a filter on the events page.

  • A QR poster

Printable for every event, with the code, the title, the time and the venue.

  • Private nights

Unlisted events stay off the events page and the homepage. Anyone with the link can still open it and sign up.
