How it works

From who’s hereto who plays who.

01 · Who’s here

Tick who turned up

The night starts from the people actually at the courts, not the ones who said they’d come.

  • Fixed partners are paired in the same panel
  • A pair plays only when both are here
  • Pools are made of pairs, never split ones
Who is here: eight players ticked, a box to add a member or a guest by name, and 'add the top 8 of the current leaderboard'

02 · Format

Pick the format

Scramble doubles with rotating partners, fixed partners, or singles round robin. Set the games each and the courts.

  • Scramble doubles: partners rotate
  • Fixed partners: pairs, and pools of pairs
  • Singles round robin, across as many courts as you have
The play format: scramble doubles with rotating partners, two courts, six games per player

03 · Generate

Generate the rounds

One click deals every round across your courts, with who’s resting written on each.

  • Nobody plays three in a row
  • Everyone can see their court, partner and opponents
  • Scores go straight in, courtside
The schedule settings: round robin or playoff bracket, games each, courts and pools, and 'Nobody plays three matches in a row'

04 · Latecomers

Someone’s late? Regenerate.

Tick them in and generate again. The rounds already played are kept; only what’s left is dealt again.

  • Played rounds and their scores never move
  • Redo as often as the night needs
  • A night counts once against your plan, however many times you redo it

  • Stages

Sixteen in, eight through, four to the final — each stage a fresh schedule with its own standings, the top players pre-ticked from the last.

  • Pools

Split a stage into groups that play only among themselves, seeded in a snake so no pool is stacked. Advance the top of each.

  • Brackets

A knockout drawn from the pool standings, with a seeded draw suggested and an optional third-place game.
