Club nights

A club night,start to finish.

01 · Publish

Events & sign-ups

Date, venue, format, cost and capacity. Members register in two taps; a walk-in scans the poster at the door.

  • Waitlists promote the next person by themselves
  • Unlisted events for a private night
  • Venue booking link first; members register here once they have their spot
An event's details in the organiser's view: title, photo, summary, start and end, venue, capacity and waitlist

02 · Generate

Match schedule generator

Tick who is here, set the games each and the courts, and generate. Scramble doubles, fixed partners or singles.

  • Nobody plays three in a row
  • Latecomer? Tick them and regenerate — played rounds are kept
  • Fixed pairs play only when both are here
The schedule settings: round robin or playoff bracket, games each, courts and pools, and 'Nobody plays three matches in a row'

03 · Score

Courtside scoring

Tap a score at the court and the standings move — on the organiser’s screen and on every phone at the night.

  • Every round on members’ phones: court, partner, opponents, who’s resting
  • Record a match by hand for anything off-schedule
  • Standings by stage, done when the last round is
Rounds being scored across two courts, a 'Someone left?' picker above, the first round done and the rest waiting

04 · Season

Leaderboards & points

Every night feeds the season: a point for turning up, points for a win, a bonus for the top of the night — rules the club sets.

  • Rules written on the leaderboard, generated from your settings
  • Top of the table plays the final
  • Closed seasons can’t be rewritten by a late correction

Everything a club runs on,feature by feature.

Nine features, in three parts: the nights, the season, and the club itself. Each one has its own page.

Club website

Your name on it.Nowhere ours.

Logo, short name, tagline, two colours and, on Pro and above, your own domain. Members register on your site; once your domain is verified, sign-in codes come from your address. The one thing of ours is a line in the footer, which comes off on Pro and above.

What we don’t do

We don’t takeyour court bookings.

Your venue’s booking platform already holds the courts, and does it properly. We link to it, keep the roster in step with pay-there-first ordering, and stay out of it. No second system to reconcile, and we never see a court fee.

Data and reliability

The parts you only noticewhen they fail.

  • 01

    One account per person

One profile, one record — including the night a walk-in played before they had an account.

  • 02

One club's data is one club's

Separation enforced where the data lives, and tested: two clubs stood up, neither can read, change or delete a row of the other.

  • 03

    Points that never double-count

An append-only ledger. Re-run an award and it settles what changed; it never pays twice.

  • 04

    Links that don't break

An event’s address is frozen when it’s published. Rename it later and the link in the group chat still works.

  • 05

    A season nobody can rewrite

When a season closes the honours board is frozen. A correction next March cannot change who won.

  • 06

    Hosted and backed up

On Pro and above, on your own domain, with sign-in codes sent from your address once it’s verified.
